The reason why I chose this book is because the author that wrote it is good; I read four of his books before. It looked like a mystery too, and I like mysteries. This book so far has been good, it started the mystery in chapter three and introduced all the characters in chapter two, And showed what happened to the person that made this mystery. So it was easy to follow along so far. This book is great so far.

My character that I’m choosing is Dan, He is 12 years old and lives with his sister who is 14. Their aunt takes care of them but doesn’t live with them. Dan’s goal is to find the treasure at the end. Dan is doing this so he can impress the people around him, mainly his parents, although his parents are dead. He still believes they are watching him. He is not the only one going for it. There are 7 teams, his sister is on his team.

This book is kind of anger and a really big in sadness, mainly sadness because there favorite realities died, so now there stuck with these bad relatives that there going against.Anger cause they are mad at their mean part of the family and have to beet them in this competition. So far this book is really good, and it keeps me reading and I wont get bored of it.

I am reading 39 clues by rick riordan. He is a great author and I love his books, this is my fifth book that I have read by him, I read the lightning thief series, and now im reading his new serious, I would love to read more of these books from the new serious cause they are great. He is a good author.

This book is really good! There is a lot that has happened so far. There was a big fire that they had to escape from, and they’ve gone through Philadelphia. They also ended up having to get out from a sonic explosion in the museum. They just gave the cat to Mr. mclyntre and are now going to Paris, this is all tied around Benjamin Franklin.

An idea in this book that makes me think is the four clans of the family, it can get confusing trying to remember them all and witch people were from witch one. It makes me ask lots of questions to myself cause almost everyone is in this family. At the start it Sais then abhor ahm linkon was, and Benjamin Franklin is to. So it does get confusing, but it is still a great book.

The Question was if I would want to be one of the characters, and yes I would. Probably Dan, he is a 12-year-old boy who likes baseball and loves action. He does lots of cool things, and loves to explore. He also is really funny. I also love to explore and love comedy, so I would love to be him.

This book gives me lots of question, for example- How scared would it be? Why did you not choose the one million dollars? Why do you not team up with other teams? These questions will hopefully be answered later in the book. It does usually Awensered so far.
Current Event- Boy catches falling toddler.
This event is about a toddler who fell out a window and was caught by a fourteen year old boy. He fell about a story and a half, bounced of a light, then fell in the boys hands. Very lucky little boy. i got this event from http://www.cnn.com/video/?/video/us/2010/02/04/teen.baby.catcher.news8austin. if this were to happen to me, i would be very scared, but nothing like this has happened to me. A very scary moment for that toddler named Cannon jacobsin.
